我院第三代头孢菌素类抗生素的应用合理性分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨我院第三代头孢菌素类抗生素的临床应用合理性。方法将我院2014年6月至2015年5月期间使用的有关头孢菌素类抗生素出库情况、药物使用频度、主要药物使用方式等进行回顾性分析。结果在各代头孢菌素类抗生素中,第三代销售金额和使用频率明显比第一代、第二代、复方制剂第三代和第四代药物要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。我院较常使用的第三代头孢菌素类抗生素为头孢哌酮、头孢克肟、头孢曲松钠等,主要使用方式为静脉注射、静脉滴注、肌内注射等,各药物的药理特征具有一定的相似性。结论我院第三代头孢菌素类抗生素的使用基本处于合理标准内,为确保治疗效果,需明确把握各药物使用方式和药理作用等,并按照患者具体实际情况合理给药。Objective To analyze the rationality of the clinical application of third-generation cephalosporins in our hospital. Methods This study retrospectively retrieved usage records of cephalosporin drugs dated from June 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital＇s digital drug use record system.Total delivery amount,the frequency of use,and the major administrative methods were analyzed for each drug.Results Among all the cephalosporins used,third-generation drugs had larger total delivery amount and higher frequency of use than all the other generations.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The most commonly used third-generation cephalosporins include cefoperazone,ceftriaxone,and cefixime or ceftriaxone sodium.These drugs were mainly administrated through intravenous injection,intravenous infusion and intramuscular injection.The pharmacological fea- tures of these drugs are largely similar.Conclusion The application of third-generation cephalosporins is reasonable in general. In order to ensure the efficacy of the treatment, it is important to fully understand the pharmacological effects of each drug and grasp the skills of its administration methods,and meanwhile to make adjustments in accordance with each individual patient＇s actual condition.
