摘　　要：目的优质护理在手术室工作中的应用效果探讨。方法我院选取2015年度未开展优质护理服务时的手术患者为对照组,对照组患者共有2091例,选取2016年期间在我院治疗的患者作为本次研究的观察组,观察组患者共有4867例,对照组患者实施常规护理干预措施,观察组患者实施优质护理干预措施,对比两组患者的手术室护理质量、护理满意度、手术室护士满意度。结果实施优质护理服务之后,观察组患者的各项指标均显著优于对照组。结论对手术治疗的患者实施优质护理,能够显著提高患者的护理满意度和护理质量,在临床上具有极大的推广价值。Objective To explore the application of the quality of nursing work in the operating room effect.Methods Select 2015 not to carry out high quality nursing service at the time of the surgery patients as control group, control group a total of 2091 cases of patients, select patients treated in our hospital during 2016 as the study group and observation group of patients, there are a total of 4867 cases, control group, routine nursing interventions for the observation group of patients high quality nursing intervention measures, compared two groups of patients in the operating room nursing quality, nursing satisfaction, oper- ating room nurses＇ satisfaction.Results After the implementation of the quality of nursing service, the indicators of observation group patients were significantly better than the control group.Conclusions In patients with surgical treatment of high quality nursing, can significantly improve patients satisfaction with nursing care and nursing quality, and has great popularization value in clinic.
