摘 要:目的通过对Vigileo心排量监测仪与肺动脉漂浮导管监测感染性休克患者的血流动力学参数CO的比较,探讨Swan-Ganz导管与Vigileo血流动力学监测指标的相关性。方法选择2015年05月至2016年05月入住成都中医药大学附属医院ICU的感染性休克患者11例,同时应用Flo Trac/Vigileo心排量监测仪与肺动脉漂浮导管监测患者的血流动力学参数CO,将两种方法所得结果进行相关性分析。结果 Flo Trac/Vigileo心排量监测仪所获得的心输出量与肺动脉漂浮导管所获得的结果具有很好的相关性(r值为0.913,P<0.05)。结论 Flo Trac/Vigileo心排量监测仪与肺动脉漂浮导管技术监测的血流动力学参数CO具有良好的相关性,可用于临床上动态观察感染性休克患者血流动力学参数的变化。Objective Through compared the cardio output that the Vigileo and pulmonary artery catheter monitoring hemodynamics parameters in patients with septic shock, explore the correlation between Swan-Ganz and Vigileo monitor of hemodynamics indexes. Methods Choose 11 cases of patients with septic shock who stay in ICU of our hospital in May 2015 to May 2016.Applying the Vigileo and pulmonary artery catheter monitoring cardio output in the same time. Analysis of the correlation between the two results obtained by the two methods. Results A significant high correlation between Vigileo monitor and pulmonary artery catheter was found in CO, the correlation coefficients were 0.913(P〈0.05).Conclusion There was a good correlation between Vigileo monitor and pulmonary artery catheter in monitoring cardio output. The Flo Trac/Vigileo monitor can evaluate the changes of hemodynamics in patients with septic shock.
