摘　　要：胆囊切除术作为治疗胆囊结石伴胆囊炎、胆囊息肉等胆囊良性病变的有效治疗手段,是肝胆外科最常见的手术技术,操作方式成熟、经验积累丰富,患者术后一般效果良好,病死率低。但是仍有部分患者原有的症状没有消失,甚至在此基础上又出现新的症状。这些既有非器质性病变,也有明确器质性病变;既包括非胆道系统因素,也包括胆道系统因素。术后残留病变是其发生重要原因,经详细询问病史、细致完善辅助检查、及时手术,可得到有效的治疗,因此对于残留病变的问题需要引起关注。故应该总结经验教训,明确原因,规范诊疗过程,在胆囊疾病高发的当今社会,在治疗每一例胆囊疾病的同时,预防胆囊切除术后残留病变发生更有着重要的意义。本文对胆囊切除术后残留病变原因及诊疗进展进行总结。Cholecystectomy is an effective treatment for cholelithiasis, gallbladder polyps and other benign lesions of gallbladder.Cholecystectomy is the most common surgical technique for hepatobiliary surgery.This surgical approach can be skillfully completed, has accumulated a wealth of experience.Patients with good general effect after surgery, low mortality.But there are still some patients after surgery, the original symptoms did not disappear, and even on this basis, there are new symptoms.These are both non-organic disease, but also a clear organic disease; both non-biliary system factors, including biliary system factors.Residual lesions after cholecystectomy are important causes of these problems.But after a detailed inquiry history, careful and meticulous examination, timely surgery, can be effective treatment, so the problem of residual disease need to pay attention. Therefore, lessons should be summed up, clear reasons, standardize the diagnosis and treatment process.In today＇s society with high incidence of gallbladder disease, these are important for the prevention of gallbladder disease and the prevention of residual disease of gallbladder disease.This paper summarizes the causes of residual disease and the progress of diagnosis and treatment after cholecystectomy.
