2017年中国小麦生产成本收益分析——以山东、河北为例

摘　　要：2016—2017年,山东、河北的小麦生产总成本有所增长,小麦价格小幅下跌。基于2016—2017年对山东省、河北省17个市(县)小麦生产情况的调研,对小麦生产成本和收益情况进行了分析,发现由剩余劳动力减少引起的价格上涨、市场经济快速发展带来的土地成本攀升、生产资料价格上浮带来的物质费用增长,以及小规模经营导致的节本难以实现共同推高了小麦生产成本。最后,提出了加快推进适度规模经营、探索收入支持政策以及加大对合作社、大户及家庭农场的支持等建议。From 2016 to 2017, the total cost of wheat production in Shandong and Hebei increased, and the price of wheat fell slightly. Based on the survey of wheat production in 17 cities and counties of Shandong province and Hebei province from 2016 to 2017, this paper made an analysis of wheat production cost and income, and found that the wheat production cost was pushed up by the price increase caused by surplus labor reduction, the rising land cost brought by rapid development of market economy, the increase of material cost resulting from the rising price of the means of production and small scale operation leading to difficult cost saving. Finally, some suggestions were put forward such as accelerating the moderate scale operation,exploring income support policy and increasing support for cooperatives, large households and family farms and so on.
