摘  要:目的为降低急性心肌梗死发生危险,准确筛查出肺栓塞、主动脉夹层以及急性心肌梗死低危患者,减少误诊、漏诊及过度治疗,改善患者临床预后。方法以胸痛诊治中心无缝隙管理模式为切入点,规范胸痛患者的诊治,优化胸痛患者院前救护和院内诊治的流程。结果胸痛诊治中心的建设和无缝隙管理模式的应用,使心血管内科医生和急诊科医生共同实现了为心肌梗死患者进行早期诊断和治疗的目的。结论胸痛诊治中心建设体现了管理式医疗理念,增强了临床医生对胸痛诊断和鉴别诊断的能力,提高了临床医疗质量及技术水平。Objective To reduce the risk of acute myocardial infarction, screen out low risk patients with pulmonary embolism, aortic dissection and acute myocardial infarction accurately so as to reduce misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis and over-treatment and improve the clinical prognosis. Methods Based on the seamless management model in chest pain diagnosis and treatment center, standardized the diagnosis and treatment on patients with chest pain and optimized their pre-hospital care and diagnosis and treatment. Results The construction of chest pain diagnosis and treatment center and the application of seamless management model achieved the purpose of early diagnosis and treatment of patients with myocardial infarction for both cardiologists and emergency doctors. Conclusion The construction of chest pain center reflected the concept of managed care, which enhanced the clinician's ability of diagnosing and differentiating chest pain and improved medical clinical quality and skills.
