心胸外科护理分级模式对患者护理效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心胸外科护理分级模式对患者护理质量和护理时间的影响。方法将178例心胸外科患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各89例。对照组按照心胸外科医生下达的护理级别医嘱,由护士执行;观察组采用由责任护士参与,与医生共同完成的护理分级模式,比较两组护理质量、医嘱执行率和护理时间的差别。结果观察组中基础护理、专科护理、分级护理、病房护理和操作技能等护理质量得分均明显高于对照组;观察组患者遵护依从率为96.5%,高于对照组的87.2%;观察组的医嘱执行率和满意度得分均高于对照组;观察组的平均住院日为12.6±2.1天,低于对照组的15.8±3.7天;观察组的直接护理时间和间接护理时间均明显低于对照组;以上结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心胸外科护理分级模式可提高患者护理质量,提升患者满意度,缩短护理时间。Objective To explore the effect of graded nursing on nursing quality and nursing time. Methods 178 patients frnm thoracic surgery department were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group witb 89 cases respectively. Nursing grade for the control group was decided by cardiopulmonary surgeons and was performed by the nurses. Nursing grade for the observation group was decided and performed by the responsible nurses and doctors. Compared the differences in nursing quality, the execution rate and nursing time between two groups. Results The scores of basic nursing, special nursing, graded nursing, ward nursing and operational skill in observation group were higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The compliance rate in observation group was 96.5%, higher than the control group with the compliance rate as 87.2% （P〈0.05）. The propetion nf doctors＇ order and satisfaction in observation group was better than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The average length of stay in observation group and control group was 12.6±2.1 and 15.8±3.7 respectively. The direct nursing time in observation group was lower than that in control group. There was significant difference in all the above aspects between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Graded nursing in cardiothoracic surgery department could improve nursing quality and satisfaction of both patients and nurses. In addition, it could reduce nursing time.
