摘  要:利用匝间短路监测装置、交流阻抗试验以及RSO试验等多种手段,可以发现发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障。利用直流电压分步法可以确定发电机转子绕组匝间短路点的位置。通过对发电机定、转子进行检查,分析了一起发电机转子匝间短路故障发生的原因,并阐述了处理匝间短路故障的具体方案,提出了预防该类故障的有效措施。Short-circuit default of inter-turn of the gen- erator rotor windings could be found by various kinds of measures like the inter-turn short-circuit monitoring device, AC impedance test and RSO test. The short-circuit points of generator rotor windings could be positioned by means of the DC voltage distribution method. Cause to result in in- ter-turn short-circuit in the generator was analyzed through inspecting the starer and rotor of the generator, and then, detailed programs to treat the short-circuit defaults were described while effective measures to prevent from the same kind of failure were presented.
