苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗社区轻中度高血压病患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗社区轻中度高血压病患者的疗效和安全性。方法:将社区门诊84例高血压病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例,观察组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,治疗6周1个疗程后,比较两组治疗前后的血压和心率变化及不良反应发生率,观察临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后心率变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总有效率95.2%,高于对照组83.3%(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区轻中度高血压病患者应用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗效果较好,能有效降低患者血压,不良反应少。Objective： To observe the treatment efficacy of Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine and safety of community mild-to-moderate hypertension. Methods： The clinical diagnosis of 84 cases of hypertension patients in community were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine,the control group was given Nifedipine sustained-release tablets treatment. 6 weeks after a period of treatment,compared the blood pressure and heart rate changes and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment and observed the clinical effect. Results： Systolic and diastolic blood pressure after treatment to observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）,two groups of heart rate changes before and after the treatment had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 2%,higher than that 83. 3% of control group（P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions showed the statistical significance in the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Community mild-tomoderate hypertension using Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect,reduce the patients＇ blood pressure,less adverse reaction.
