摘 要:目的:探讨肢体缺血后处理对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的神经保护作用。方法:用线栓法制备SD大鼠局部脑缺血模型,随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌注组和肢体缺血后处理组(n=12)。缺血再灌注后24 h分别进行神经功能评分、TTC染色、血浆SOD、MDA水平检测。结果:与缺血再灌注组比较,肢体缺血后处理组神经功能评分降低、第二脑片梗死体积缩小、血浆MDA水平降低(P均<0.05)。结论:肢体缺血后处理可改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注后神经功能,减小梗死体积,减低氧化应激水平。Objective: To explore the neuroprotective effect of the limb ischemic postconditioning on rats ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods: To prepare middle cerebral artery occlusion model with thread,the SD rat were randomly divided into sham operation group,ischemia reperfusion group and limb ischemic postconditioning group(n = 12). After ischemia reperfusiong 24 h,nerve function was assessed,cerebral infarct volume was measured by TTC staining,plasma SOD activity and MDA were measured. Results:Compared with ischemia reperfusion group,rat neurobehavioral score was lower,the cerebral infarct volume was significantly smaller,plasma MDA contents was lower in limb ischemic postconditioning group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Limb ischemic postconditioning has a protective effect against rat cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,can improve neurological function,decrease cerebral infarct volume and reduce level of oxidative stress.
