中国职业篮球联赛外援流动特征及影响价值的实证研究

摘　　要：外援流动是CBA各俱乐部运营事务中的重要事件,采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等,主要围绕外援流动的原因、迁移与引进模式、职业生涯、转会市场以及对俱乐部战绩、集体效能、传播效能、竞争平衡、观众需求、俱乐部盈亏等方面的影响展开探讨。研究表明,近些年CBA外援流动性明显增加,多数来自欧美地区,俱乐部战绩与薪水成为影响外援流动的主要因素;在对俱乐部的影响上,外援的流动在短期内可以提高俱乐部的战绩,但对俱乐部的长期影响不明显;外援的频繁流动会因俱乐部集体效能的难以形成而不利于良好战绩的取得;外援流动导致俱乐部竞争平衡的波动,表现在通过外援自身以及影响俱乐部其他球员分配使各俱乐部在竞技能力方面产生差异。另外,外援的流动还对俱乐部的品牌宣传、上座率以及观众人数等方面产生了积极的影响。Foreign players＇ migration is an important issue in CBA clubs operation. The research used literature material method, interview method, multivariate statistics and other research methods, studied mainly migration of foreign players, the introduction of pattern, and the career, the transfer market as well as the record of the club, the collective efficacy, trans- mission efficiency, competition balance, discussed the influence of audience demand, profit and loss situation etc. The result shows that foreign players＇ migration increased significantly, mostly from Europe and America region. The club record and salary will become the main factors influencing the foreign players＇ migration. On the impact on the club, the migration of foreign players can improve the club＇ s record in the short term, but long-term effect is not obvious on the club. The fre- quent migration of foreign players is not conducive to good record because the club＇ s collective efficacy is difficult to form. Competition equilibrium fluctuations of clubs come from foreignaid itself and affect the distribution of the other play- ers, which produces differences in competitive ability. On the other hand, the migration of foreign players also had a posi- tive effect on the club brand publicity and attendance.
