双生儿童体脂肪的研究

摘　　要：本文对110对7～12岁同性别双生儿童的体重、体块指数、Rohrer指数和皮脂厚度等体脂肪指标的研究结果表明:正常小学儿童体脂肪的变异主要受遗传因素影响,遗传度为0.62～0.83;遗传与环境因素对不同部位皮脂厚度的影响程度不同,躯干脂肪主要受遗传因素影响,四肢脂肪主要受环境因素影响。Weight,body mass index,Rohrer index ande skinfold thickness were assessed in 110 pairs of like-sex twins (75monozygotic and 35 dizygotic) aged 8-13years. Three twin methods estimated a high heritability for body fatness indicators(0. 62-0. 83). These results are similar to those of other twin studies of the variables and suggest that body fatness in children is under substantial genetic control. There are appreciable differences in heritability between limb and trunk. Compared with the limb's,the trunk fatness is more genetically controlled.
