摘  要:面对当前煤炭行业面临的形势,阐述徐矿集团去产能的背景和基本情况,分析去产能人员分流安置的途径,提出人员分流安置的主要做法,得出了去产能人员分流安置的6点启示,包括准确把握政策、企地联动推进、发挥工会作用、关注弱势群体、阳光透明操作、培养内生动力。Faced to the situation of the present coal industry, the paper stated the background and basic condition of the de- capacity in Xuzhou Coal Mining Group and analyzed the shunt resettlement path of the de-capacity staff. The main practices of the personnel shunt resettlement were provided and six enlightenments on the shunt resettlement of the de-capacity personnel were obtained, including the accurate understanding of the policy, enterprise and local area jointly promotion, the role of the labor union, care to the vulnerable groups, sunshine transparent operation and endogenous power trained.
