摘 要:针对弹幕武器炮口振动情况复杂、环境恶劣以及不易安装辅助测量装置的测试难题,提出了一种弹幕武器炮口振动线激光测试方法。给出了炮口振动线激光测试原理,构建了炮口振动位移模型,分析了测试参数与分辨率间的关系,对炮口振动测试装置进行了标定,并进行了位移测量实验验证。结果表明:该方法测量距离远、测量精度高,无需安装辅助测量装置,较好地解决了弹幕武器炮口振动测试难题。A barrage weapons muzzle vibration measurement method based on line laser is presented to solve the difficulty of barrage weapons muzzle vibration test with complicated conditions,harsh test occasion and unable to install auxiliary measuring devices. Test principle of line laser vibration measurement is given,the muzzle vibration displacement model is built,the relationship between the test parameters and the resolution ratio is analyzed,the calibration of test equipment is done,and the displacement measurement experiment verification is carried out. The results show that the measurement method has farther measurement distance and higher test precision,and it is no need to install auxiliary measuring device,which solves the difficulty of the barrage weapons muzzle vibration preferably.
