摘 要:为了解决复杂产品装配现场动态数据实时采集和组织复杂、实时监控困难等问题,引入工作流管理和电子看板技术,构建了一个面向复杂产品装配车间现场的动态实时可视化监控系统,建立了系统的运行流程和功能结构,阐述了基于流程和日常事务的动态数据采集模型构建、动态数据实时采集、动态数据组织模型构建、基于工位布局的车间现场可视化监控等关键实现技术。该系统以装配流程和日常事务为核心,实现了复杂产品装配车间现场的动态、实时、可视化监控和精细化管理。目前所开发的系统已在航天某所正式上线运行,应用效果良好。To solve the problems of difficult data real-time acquisition,difficult data organization and difficult realtime monitoring in the assembly shop floor,a dynamic and real-time visual monitoring system for assembly shop floor of complex product was presented based on workflow technology and electronic Kanban technology.The operation workflow,architecture and function structure were set up and some key techniques were explained in detail:establishment of dynamic data acquisition model based on workflow and daily business,electronic and real-time acquisition of dynamic data,establishment of dynamic data organizational model,visual monitoring of assembly shop floor based on workshop management and so on.Based on assembly workflow and daily business,the system improved the paperless and fine management for the assembly shop floor of complex product.The developed system was successfully testified in an aerospace-related manufacturing enterprise and satisfactory results were obtained.
