摘 要:为了认识机械制造行业的能量消耗水平、提出可操作性强且应用性好的能量效率评价方法,基于机械加工车间能量效率模型及评价指标体系等前期研究成果,提出一套通用的机械加工系统能量效率评价方法框架及其关键技术。该方法包括能量效率评价边界划分、能量效率评价指标确定、能量效率数据收集、能量效率评价工具选择、能量效率评价结果输出和能量效率水平分析6个步骤。基于实用性提出一套面向工艺(设备)层和车间系统层的机械加工系统能量效率评价指标,系统反映了微观上的工件加工工艺能量效率和宏观上的产品单位产量能量效率;从数据可获得性出发给出一种结构化与面向对象相结合的能量效率数据获取方法。通过案例研究验证了该能量效率评价方法的有效性。详细阐述了机械加工系统的能量效率评价流程和关键技术,增强了能量效率评价的操作性。To recognize the energy consumption of mechanical machining industry for building a set of energy efficiency evaluating method with strong operability and appliability,based on the research achievements on energy efficiency model and assessing index sytem,ageneral method for energy efficiency evaluation in the mechanical machining system and its key technologies were proposed,The method included six steps,which were boundary definition,index selection,data collection,evaluating tool selection,result output and efficiency level analysis.Specially,oriented to the application,a set of energy efficiency evaluating index system was researched,which was costomerized to the process(machine tool)layer and workshop layer resepectively;oriented to the availability,a data acquisition method combining structuralization feature with object-oriented feture was given.The effectivenenss of the proposed method was verified with case study.The method specified the evaluating process and its key technologies,which could help the implementation of energy efficiency evaluation in the machining workshop.
