摘  要:为研究动态变化的产出率和提前期对采购-生产决策的影响,建立了采购-生产联合优化决策模型。生产过程中存在的学习效应与遗忘效应使产出率动态变化,采用学习遗忘理论模拟动态变化过程;在频繁的订购过程中,提前期的压缩呈现规律性的递减,采用怀特学习曲线模拟提前期的动态递减过程。依次建立了采购商、原始设备制造商和集中决策下的成本模型。证明了提前期成本是关于提前期成本弹性系数的增函数,在一定条件下平均成本函数是订购量的凸函数。给出了模型最优解的求解步骤。数值分析结果表明了所提方法的有效性。To study the influence of dynamic change of output rate and lead time on purchasing production decision,a decision model of joint optimization of procurement and production is established.The existing of learning and forgetting effect in the production process makes the output rate change dynamically.By using the learning and forgetting theory to simulate the dynamic change process.For the frequent ordering process,lead time compression decreasing regularly,by using the White learning curve to simulate the dynamicly declining process.In this paper,the buyer,OEM supplier and the cost model under centralized decision are established.It is proved that the lead time cost is an increasing function of the elastic coefficient of the lead time.Also,the solution of the optimal solution of the model is given.Numerical analysis results show that when completely forgotten time is short,after the early learning effect stage,the forgetting effects play a more important role than the learning effect;the longer completely forgotten time,the smaller average cost;With the increase of the leaning coefficient of productivity,the average cost shows a changing trend of a hyperbola characteristic.With the increase of dynamic lead time factor,the average cost shows a changing trend of exponential form.
