摘 要:讨论了棉针织物低温酶精练双氧水漂白一浴两步法工艺。筛选出酶活力较高的精练酶JLA对织物进行低温精练,然后加入漂白催化剂S-LTB进行低温漂白。优化的低温酶精练与漂白一浴两步法处理工艺为:精练酶JLA 0.4 g/L,表面活性剂1305 1.0 g/L,浴比1∶10,55℃处理30 min;同浴低温漂白:30%H_2O_210 g/L,漂白催化剂S-LTB 1.0 g/L,50%NaOH 1.0 g/L,70℃处理30 min。该工艺处理织物的白度达到70.5%,强力保留率为97.1%,润湿性小于1 s,低温工艺处理效果与传统高温工艺相当。Low-temperature bio-scouring and bleaching of cotton knits with one-bath two-steps method is carried out. The scouring enzyme JLA with higher enzyme activity is selected to the scouring of fabric at low temperature, and then bleaching catalyst S-LTB is added to the low temperature bleaching bath. The optimal low-temperature bleaching and scouring process with one-bath two-step is: scouring en- zyme JLA 0.4 g/L, surfactant 1305 1.0 g/L, bath ratio 1 : 10, treating at 55 ℃ for 30 min. One-bath low-tem- perature bleaching process is: 30% H2O2 10 g/L, bleaching catalyst S-LTB 1.0 g/L, 50% NaOH 1.0 g/L, treating at 70 ℃ for 30 min. The fabric features 70.5% of whiteness, 97.1% of strength retention, less than 1s of the wettability. The performances of fabric treated at low temperature are equivalent to that of the traditional high temperature process.
