摘　　要：涤纶/粘胶混纺织物经染色后,再通过后整理加工如拉毛、剪毛、烫光和蒸呢等,可获得类似羊毛外观的仿麦呢产品。产品手感柔软,光泽自然,呢面平整。介绍了涤粘仿毛产品染整加工中存在的一些问题,如色差、色牢度差、起毛起球、搭色、折痕和皱印等,并提出了相应的解决措施。As a substitute for wool fabric, the dyed polyester and viscose blended fabrics are finished with napping, shearing, gloss ironing and decatizing, which can obtain Melton-like products. The prod- ucts feature soft handle with natural luster and smooth surface. The problems such as color difference, poor color fastness, fuzzing and pilling, color overlapping, crease and wrinkle in dyeing and finishing are introduced, and the solutions for these problems are also put forword.
