摘　　要：将空气洗工艺应用到车用内饰面料整理中,可改善面料的延伸性能和透气性能。分析了空气洗整理对布面色花情况的影响。通过正交试验分析,得到较优的空气洗整理工艺为:温度130℃,风量65%,速度8 m/min、循环时间3 s时,处理面料的性能可达到大众汽车内饰标准要求。The aerowash technology is applied to finishing of automobile fabric to improve its extensibili- ty and breathability. The influence of aerowash finish on the dyeing defect is analyzed. Through the anal- ysis of orthogonal test, the optimal aerowash process is obtained. That is temperature 130 ℃, air vol- ume 65%, speed 8 m/min, the cycle time 3 s. The performance of the treated fabric can reach the stan- dard requirements of Volkswagen interior.
