摘  要:阐述了广播电视台音质提升过程中遇到的音频电平和响度度量标准不一致的问题,对音频响度概念进行了深入研究,并对音频电平和响度的关系进行了深入探讨。阐述了在实际测量时,基于电信号的客观物理学指标电平和基于人耳听觉响应模型的主观统计学指标响度度量在基础数学原理上的一致性-均方根值计算;从而解释了在标准测量条件下,电平和响度结果在数值上的相等问题,帮助构建了音频电平和最新的响度测量技术之间的数学和物理学桥梁。A long term confusion between audio level and loudness measurement in process of audio quality ascension in ra- dio and television station is described. The audio loudness concept is studied in depth, and the relationship between the au- dio level and loudness is investigated. It is proved the consistency in basic mathematical R. M. S calculation between audio level and loudness measurement. Level measurement is based on the objective physical indicators of electrical signals, and loudness measurement is subjective statistical indicators based on human auditory response model. Thus explains the appear- ance of test results are equal in value under standard measurement conditions. It helps to build the mathematics and physics bridge between audio level and the latest loudness measurement.
