摘  要:以乙酸锌和硝酸铁为原料,通过水热合成方法制备了Fe_3O_4/ZnO,采用SEM分析了Fe_3O_4/ZnO的微观形貌,表明制备的Fe_3O_4/ZnO六棱柱体表面沉积较多小粒子,且Fe_3O_4/ZnO的柱体粒径略小于纯ZnO粒子;通过XRD分析表明,Fe元素是以Fe_3O_4的形式存在;结合XPS分析进一步表明了Fe_3O_4/ZnO的成功制备;通过光催化降解分析表明,Fe_3O_4/ZnO的光催化降解能力略高于纯ZnO的降解效率。Zinc acetate and ferric nitrate were regarded as raw materials to prepare Fe304/ZnO by hydrothermal method. SEM was used to characterize the microstructure of Fe304/ZnO, and it showed that the morphology of the as-prepared Fe3O4/ZnO is six-sided cylinder with many small particles deposited on the surface. And the cylinder particle size of Fe304/ZnO was slightly smaller than the pure ZnO particles. The XRD and XPS further proved that the Fe304/ZnO were prepared successfully. Meanwhile, photocatalytic degradation analysis showed that the photocatalytic degradation ability of the Fe304/ZnO was slightly higher than that of pure ZnO.
