摘　　要：采用灰色关联分析的方法对影响爆破块度的主要因素进行分析,建立各因素与爆破块度分布之间的灰色关联度矩阵,结合齐大山露天矿现场爆破试验,应用计算机图像处理技术对爆破块度进行预测,通过对灰色关联度矩阵的计算,得出影响爆破块度分布的各因素间的主次关系,其中,炸药单耗为影响爆破块度的准最优因素,在进行爆破块度优化的过程中,应着重考虑炸药单耗的影响。A method of gray relational analysis of the main factors affecting the degree of blasting blocks were analyzed to establish the thctors gray correlation matrix and blasting block distribution between the binding site of Fushun East open pit blasting test, using computer image processing technology blasting Fragmentation predict, through the gray correlation matrix has been calculated, the relationship between the various factors affecting the primary and secondary distribution block between blasting, where explosives consumption factors for quasi-optimal blasting fragmentation effects, conducting blasting block the degree of optimization of the process, should consider the impact of the unit explosives consumption.
