摘　　要：采用水酯共沸精馏技术,开展乙酸仲丁酯生产工艺过程中副产品重烃的精制研究,确定最优工艺条件,有效分离回收重烃产品中的乙酸仲丁酯,避免烯烃聚合结焦现象发生,并通过Aspen模拟核算,完成共沸精馏塔的设计,实现工业化。User azeotropic distillation technique by using water as a azeotropic agent, carrying out the refining research of heavy hydrocarbon products in the process of production of second butyl-acetate, exploring the best separation process conditions, effective separation the second butyl-acetate from the heavy hydrocarbon products, avoiding polymerization of olefins, and through using the Aspen simulation calculates, designing the azeotropic distillation column for industrial production.
