摘　　要：针对叠层片式电感器用银端电极浆料领域,通过对主要原材料金属粉、无机粘结剂、有机体系的研究,并结合采用封端烧结制样后电镜分析的表征方法,成功研发一种低银含量低温烧结银端电极浆料,用于匹配叠层片式电感器产品的生产。The inductors with silver electrode slurry, through the research of the main raw materials of metal powder, inorganic binder, Organic matter research, and combined with the characterization methods of electron SEM analysis of sintered sample preparation. The successful developed of Low-temperature sintering and a low silver slurry, matching multilayer chip inductors and chip inductor production.
