摘  要:反渗透海水淡化的预处理能够有效控制膜污染,延长反渗透膜使用寿命。采用多介质过滤-超滤组合工艺对热法海水淡化浓盐水预处理进行了中试研究,组合工艺产水直接进入反渗透海水淡化除盐单元。中试结果表明,采用此组合工艺可将热法海水淡化浓盐水的浊度和SDI15值分别降至0.1 NTU和1.0以下,产水可直接安全进入后续反渗透海水淡化单元。反渗透单元脱盐率平均值为98.7%,对热法海水淡化浓盐水除盐具有较好的效果。Pretreatment of seawater reverse osmosis desalination can effectively control membrane pollution and prolong the service life of reverse osmosis membrane. A pilot-scale combined by multi-medium filter-ultrafiltration process was designed as a pretreatment of SWRO for brine disposal from thermal desalination process. Pilot test results showed that the effluent turbidity after the combination process for pretreatment was lower than 0.1 NTU and the values of SDh5 was lower than 1.0 during the study. The effluent after the pretreatment could directly inflow the subsequent reverse osmosis desalination unit, The average of desalination rate after seawater reverse osmosis unit was 98.7 %. The desalting efficiency of seawater reverse osmosis unit was good,
