摘　　要：近年来,毛细管电泳技术得到了快速的发展。本文复习了近年来发表的部分优秀论文,对它们进行了细致分类,并描述了在技术领域内管壁修饰技术与检测技术方面取得的主要成果,介绍了毛细管电泳在核酸检测、细胞检测、代谢分析与环境监测领域内的部分应用。In recent years, capillary electrophoresis technology has been rapid development. This article reviews some excellent papers published in recent years, which are classified in detail. This article describes the main achievements in the technical field of tube wall modification technology and detection technology, introduces the capillary electrophoresis in nucleic acid detection, cell detection, application the field of metabolic analysis and environmental monitoring area.
