摘 要:珠三角为高砷(As)背景区,其As背景含量(25 mg/kg)甚至高于北京、上海等地的As居住用地筛选值(20 mg/kg)。本文以珠三角典型As污染场地为例,探讨了其修复目标值的确定方法。结果表明,调查地块As含量为1.69~274 mg/kg,致癌风险系数和非致癌风险危害商分别为4.6×10-6~2.0×10-3和0.36~59.1。基于风险评价求出的修复目标值为0.37 mg/kg。对照土壤样品分析显示,调查地块As背景含量符合正态分布,其上限含量(95%分位)分别为88.3 mg/kg(0~1 m)、101.7 mg/kg(1~4 m)、74.8 mg/kg(4~8 m),均高于珠三角As居住用地筛选值(60 mg/kg)。考虑到最大程度保护敏感人群,以60 mg/kg调查地块修复目标值,需修复土方量10495 m3,为基于风险评估计算修复土方量(约400000m3)的2.6%。可见,在珠三角等高砷背景区,基于As背景值获得修复目标值的方法较基于砷风险评价的方法更为合理。Pearl River Delta is a high arsenic (As) background zone whose As background concentrations in soil (25 mg/kg) is even higher than the As screening levels for residential lands in both Beijing and Shanghai (20 mg/kg). Determination method of rcrnediation goal in an arsenic contaminated site in Pearl River Delta was investigated. Results showed that the concentrations, carcinogenic risk coefficients and non-carcinogenic risk coefficients of As in the contaminated site ranged from 1.69 to 274 mg/kg, from 4.6×10^-6 to 2.0×10^-3, and from 0.36 to 59.1, respectively. The As remediation goal was 0.37 mg/kg based on the risk assessment. The measured results of the control soil samples displayed that the As background concentrations followed the normal distribution, and the upper limit values (95% range) of As were 88.3 mg/kg (0-1 m), 101.7 mg/kg (1-4 m), 74.8 mg/kg (448 In), higher than tile As screening levels for residential lands in Pearl River Delta (60 mg/kg). In order to protect susceptive groups at the largest degree, 60 mg/kg was set as the As remediation goal, and then the 10495 m3 of earth volume needed to be remediated in the contaminated site, which was equivalent to 2.6 % of the As rcmediation goal based on the risk assessment. Therefore, in the high As background zone (e.g. Pearl River Delta), the As remediation goal based on the background concentrations was more reasonable than the goal based on the risk assessment.
