摘 要:铬铁矿试样经氢氟酸、高氯酸分解,氯化铬酰挥发除铬,四氟化硅挥发除硅,于3%硫酸酸度中,磷与钼酸铵生成磷钼杂多酸,用抗坏血酸作还原剂,加入铋(Ⅲ),生成蓝色的磷铋钼杂多化合物。利用简便的小体积比色,提高反应灵敏度,在分光光度计上,于波长700 nm处测量吸光度。该方法经铬铁矿国家标准物质验证,精密度RSD%为16.43%~22.78%,准确度RE%为8.57%~15.18%,本方法适用于测定铬铁矿中0.0003%~0.12%的磷量。Sample of chromite by hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid decomposition, chromium acyl chloride volatilization in addition to chromium, silicon tetrafluoride volatile to remove silicon, in 3 % acidity of sulthric acid, phosphate and ammonium molybdate generated phosphorus molybdenum heteropoly acid, using ascorbic acid as reducing agent, to join the Bi (Ⅲ), Generate blue heteropoly compound of phosphorus molybdenum bismuth. Using the simple small volume colorimetric, the sensitivity of the response was improved, and the absorbance was measured in the spectrophotometer at 700 nm. The method is verified by chromite national standard material, precision RSD % of 16.43 %-16.43 %, the accuracy of RE % of 8.57 %-8.57 %, this method is suitable for the determination of phosphorus content of 0.0003 %-0.12 % in chromite.
