摘　　要：中国的高剖宫产率引起了全世界的关注。倡导自然分娩过程艰辛。生理结构、文化传统、现代医疗等从不同方面影响着分娩的自然进程。孕期铁剂、钙剂等营养素的补充是否合理?导乐分娩、自由体位、适度保护接生等理念的提出,预示着分娩逐渐向自然迈进。The high rate of cesarean section in China has attracted worldwide attention.It is tough to advocate natural delivery.Physical structure,culture tradition and modern medical treatment have influenced the natural process of delivery.Is it reasonable to take nutrient supplementation during pregnancy such as iron,calcium？ The emergence and increasing popularity of Doula-assisted delivery,free position,moderately protected perineum delivery technique indicates that the natural delivery is gradually returning.
