摘　　要：在某航空复杂产品型号研制项目管理中,借鉴国外先进项目管理理论,结合中国航空工业管理实际,构建了基于不同用户组的三级管控的项目管理模式。基于B/S模式,利用WEB技术开发了型号研制项目管理信息系统,实现了复杂航空产品的异地协同研制和协调管理,并实现了型号研制的在线实时进度监控,有效提升了型号产品研制项目管理水平。In project management of complex products model development in aeronautical manufacturing enterprise, combining our actual condition in aviation industry, using foreign advanced project management theory for reference, basing on user-lay- ered strategy, third grade management mode in project management is established. The plane model-development project man- agement information system is developed using WEB technology Based on browser/server mode. The system enables designers at different places to work collaboratively and managers to coordinate remotely in project management of complex aviation prod- ucts. The system achieves a real-time online condition monitoring, and improves project management level of our plane model- development.
