摘　　要：本文介绍了空气分离设备清洁度的控制要求;结合工厂实践,探讨了空气分离设备压力容器和管道制作过程中清洁度的控制工艺和检验方法。In this paper, the control requirements of air separation plants＇ cleanliness are introduced. Meanwhile, some control technologies and inspection methods about cleanliness of air separation plants＇ pressure vessels and pipelines during manufacturing are discussed in combination of factory practices.
