摘  要:采用钛白废酸耦合双氧水制备芬顿试剂并用于处理剩余污泥,选择可溶性参数SCOD、TN、TP和NH_3-N及MLSS减少率来描述减量效果。结果表明,在常温条件下,Fe^(2+)质量浓度为0.82 g/L,H_2O_2质量浓度为9.30 g/L,作用90 min后,剩余污泥减量效果最佳。该操作条件下,SCOD、TN、TP和NH_3-N分别增加了2 995%、674%、4 827%和1 364%,MLSS减少率达29.5%。MLVSS/MLSS比值未出现明显波动,表明对后续生化处理及水质不会产生明显影响。Fenton reagent is prepared by coupling H2O2 with waste acid from production of titanium dioxide,and is used to treat with the excess sludge.Parameters including SCOD,TN,TP,NH3-N and MLSS reduction rate are chosen to evaluate the effect of reduction. The results show that the reduction effect of excess sludge is the best after 90 min of treatment at the conditions of normal temperature,the mass concentration of Fe2+ being 0. 82 g·L-1 and the mass concentration of H2O2 being 9. 30 g·L-1.Under such conditions,SCOD,TN,TP and NH3-N increase by 2995%,674%,4827% and 1364% respectively,MLSS reduction rate reaches 29. 5%. MLVSS/MLSS ratio does not show significant fluctuations,showing that there is no significant effect on the subsequent biochemical treatment and water quality.
