摘 要:通过共混将主抗氧剂1010与辅抗氧剂168引入到聚丙烯(PP)中,研究改性聚丙烯在190℃下的动态黏弹特性,结合Cole-Cole图和松弛时间谱定性说明抗氧剂改性PP的分子链结构的变化,同时分析了改性聚丙烯的结晶性能、力学性能和耐热氧性能。结果显示:随着抗氧剂的加入,聚丙烯的分子质量增大,特征松弛时间也增大,但是聚丙烯分子链依然是线性的。微量抗氧剂的加入,使聚丙烯的熔融焓变和结晶度明显下降。当抗氧剂质量分数为0.1%时,β晶含量明显高于纯PP。在抗氧剂的作用下,PP耐热氧性能和力学性能得到明显提升。Through blending,polypropylene( PP) is modified by main antioxidant 1010 and auxiliary antioxidant168 together.Then the dynamic viscoelasticity of modified PP at 190℃ is investigated. By the combination of cole-cole and relaxation time spectrum,the changes of molecular chain structure of antioxidant modifying PP are elaborated. And the crystallinity,mechanical properties and heat oxidation resistant properties of modified PP are also analyzed. It indicates that with the adding of antioxidants,the modified PP has a higher molecular weight and a longer characteristic relaxation time,but its molecular chain keeps linear.The melting enthalpy and crystallinity of modified PP is significantly lower than that of unmodified PP. At the same time,β crystals in the modified PP with the antioxidants of 0. 1% are obviously more than those in pure PP.The modified PP has better thermoxidative stability and mechanical property.
