摘  要:针对户外太阳光的近红外辐射光生物安全危害中的光谱辐照度和光谱辐亮度测试问题,研制了一种便携式近红外光谱分析仪。介绍了该仪器的总体设计及其各个功能模块的实现方法。针对仪器的测量准确性和可靠性,建立校准体系,解决波长校准、杂散光抑制、热噪声和随机噪声抑制等问题。该仪器具有体积小、响应速度快、功耗低、抗震性好、环境适应性强、操作简单等优点。In order to measure the spectral irradiance and spectral radiance of photobiological safety of nearinfrared radiation for outdoor sunlight, a portable near infrared spectrometer was developed. The overall design of spectrometer and realization of various function modules were introduced. The calibration system was established to guarantee measurement accuracy and reliability, and wavelength calibration, stray light suppression, thermal noise suppression and random noise suppression were solved successfully. The spectrometer possesses the characteristic of small size, quick response, low power dissipation, strong resistance to shock, good environmental adaptation and userfriendly operation.
