血清甘胆酸在评价HBV相关性肝癌肝功能损伤中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨血清甘胆酸(Cholyglycine,CG)在乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)相关性肝癌肝功能损害中的应用价值。方法选取2016年6—12月于本院就诊的慢性HBV携带者44例,HBV相关性肝癌44例,健康体检者60例,检测各组CG及其他肝功指标,评价CG在HBV相关性肝癌肝功能损伤中的应用价值。结果两组患者CG均高于对照组(P<0.05),且HBV相关性肝癌组CG高于慢性HBV携带组(P<0.05)。CG在两疾病组均与TBA正相关(P<0.05);在HBV相关性肝癌组,CG的ROCAUC高于其他肝功指标;在慢性HBV携带组,CG的ROCAUC仅次于GGT。结论 CG在评价HBV相关性肝癌肝功受损中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of assay for the liver damage about HBV associated hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 44 patients with HBV associated hepatocellular carcinoma,and 44 patients with Chronic HBV carriers,and healthy people 60 cases were collected from Fujian Longyan First Hospital. Detected every groups＇ serum CG,ALT,AST,GGT,5-NT,AFU,MAO,TBA. Evaluated the clinical application value of the serum Cholyglycine assay for the liver damage about HBV associated hepatocellular carcinoma. Results Levels of CG of the patients were higher than healthy controls group; levels of CG of the patients with HBV associated hepatocellular carcinoma were higher than Chronic HBV carriers（P0.05）. There are significant correlations between CG and TBA level（P0.05）. In HBV associated hepatocellular carcinoma group,the ROCAUS of serum CG was higher than other indicators,and in Chronic HBV carriers group,the ROCAUS of serum CG was just below GGT. Conclusions It is of great value in early diagnosis and curative evaluation in liver damage about HBV associated hepatocellular carcinoma.
