摘 要:目的探讨个性化健康教育应用于高血压患者护理工作中的效果,以及对患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月期间收治的98例高血压患者进行研究分析,按照随机的方法分为观察组和对照组各49例,对照组患者采用常规的护理和入院宣教,观察组患者则在对照组基础上加以开展个性化健康教育措施。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)对患者焦虑抑郁情绪进行评定,同时对两组患者的干预前后的血压值、自我管理能力以及生活质量评分进行比较。结果常规护理干预下的对照组患者的HAMD和HAMA评分较个性化健康教育干预的观察组患者而言,前者明显更高于后者(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的血压值、自我管理能力以及生活质量评分明显更优于干预前和对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论个性化健康教育减轻了患者的不良情绪,并有助于稳定患者的血压,以及提高了患者的自我管理能力和预后生活质量,因而值得临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the individualized health education was applied to patients with high blood pressure effect of nursing work, and self management ability and quality of life for patients.Methods 98 cases of patients with high blood pressure from January 2015 to January 2016,were analyzed,according to the method of random divided into observation group and control group,each with 49 cases,control group were treated by routine nursing and hospital mission,the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of individualized health education measures. Using Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) of patients with anxiety depression were assessed,at the same time on two groups of patients before and after the intervention of the blood pressure value,self management ability,and compares the quality of life scores. Results The patients with routine nursing intervention,the control group the HAMD and HAMA scores more than individualized health education intervention in the observation group of patients; After the intervention group patients blood pressure value,self-management ability and quality of life score significantly more was better than that of before intervention and the control group,with significant difference(P,0.05).Conclusions Individualized health education can reduce the patient's negative mood,and help to stabilize the patient's blood pressure,and improve the self management and prognosis of the patients quality of life,thus it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
