从全面从严治党看《党委会的工作方法》的当代价值

摘　　要：1949年3月,毛泽东立足于中国共产党即将执掌全国政权的党情国情,把党在长期革命中形成的领导经验、工作惯例归纳为十二条,写成了《党委会的工作方法》一文。68年后的今天,在全面从严治党的背景下,党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、反腐倡廉建设和制度建设依然存有一些问题。为了破解当前执政之困,发挥党的领导核心作用,习近平总书记做出重温《党委会的工作方法》的批示,要求各级党委领导真正把握这一著作的精神实质,发挥经典文本在思想建党、制度治党、从严治吏、严肃党内政治生活、提升党委会决策水平等方面的重大理论指导价值。Based on the state condition and the Party ＇ s development that our Party was about to govern the state, Mao Zedong summarized the leadership experience and working method in the long-term revolutionary^ period as 12 articles in Methods of Work of Party Committees in March, 1949. Today,68 years later,there still exist some problems in the party＇s ideological building,organization development, work style construction, anti-corruption construction and institutional improvement under the background of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline. In order to solve the difficulty in the Communist Party＇s ruling process and exert the central role of the Party,Xi Jinping made important instructions about reviewing Methods of Work of Party Committees. He requested Party committees at all levels to grasp the spiritual essence of this classic work. The purpose is to realize the guiding value of the classic text in the Party ＇s ideological construction and institutional construction, administering officials strictly, strictly regulating political activities within the Party and improving the scientific decision-making, and so on.
