肾穿刺组织冷冻切片技术的改进方法

摘　　要：目的提高肾穿刺组织冷冻切片的工作效率及切片质量。方法比较应用改进方法与传统方法在肾穿刺组织冷冻切片过程中的耗时及肾小球数量差异。结果应用改进方法每例均能成功切片并且平均每例切片耗时12分1 8.7秒,而传统方法平均每例耗时18分28.4秒;改进方法平均每张冷冻切片含肾小球4.8个,传统方法平均每张冷冻切片含肾小球2.7个。结论改进方法可提高肾穿牵刺组织冷冻切片的工作效率及切片质量。Objective To improve the efficiency and quality of cryo-sectioning technique of renal biopsy.Methods Compare the time cost by improved method used in this research and traditional method for cryo-sectioning of renal biopsy and the amount of glomeruli in cryostat sections.Results The cryo-sectioning of renal biopsy was successfully done each time with the improved method,and the average time consumption was 12 min and 18.7sec and 18 min and 28.4sec for each sample respectively with the improved and the traditional methods.The average number of glomeruli in the cryostat sections obtained was 4.8 with the improved method,and 2.7 with the traditional method.Conclusion The improved method can improve the efficiency and quality of cryo-sectioning technique of renal biopsy.
