摘  要:锅炉供暖是一个系统工程,锅炉供暖系统的目标是让每户室内温度都能达标,系统中有多个因素影响着最终温度是否达标,比如锅炉附属设备老化、管道跑冒滴漏、管理缺失等,而常规定期检验只是对锅炉单一因素的检查,对于预测锅炉潜在故障有限。本文从系统工程视角去思考整体锅炉供暖系统,通过建立比较全面的多因素影响指标体系,运用模糊综合分析法,结合现场锅炉供暖实际,全方位分析了整个系统,以揭示锅炉使用状态。结果表明,该方法操作性较强,为全方位评价锅炉供暖系统的安全节能情况提供了思路。Boiler heating is a system engineering. The goal of boiler heating system is to make every indoor temperature can be up to standard, and there are multiple factors in the system affecting the final temperature, such as boiler ancillary equipment aging, pipeline leak, lack of management, etc. And single factor is tested for boiler in regular periodic inspection, which is limited on failure potential prediction for boiler. From the perspective of system engineering, this article considers boiler heating system as a whole, by the establishment of index system of comprehensive multi-factor influence, and using the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and the actual boiler heating. Finally the whole system is analyzed, in order to reveal the boiler use state. The results show that the method is strong maneuverability, and this kind of method for comprehensive evaluation of the safety of the boiler heating system energy saving situation provides a train of thought.
