摘　　要：脉动真空灭菌器广泛用于医疗、卫生、生物、食品、制药等行业,但其使用寿命较短一直是困扰此行业的一大难题。本文解剖了一台使用3年后开裂泄漏的灭菌器,发现开裂部位存在典型的应力腐蚀裂纹,而不是疲劳断裂裂纹,本文还分析了产生应力腐蚀的原因,供业内相关人士参考。Pulsating vacuum sterilizer is widely used in medical, health, biology, food, pharmaceutical and other industries, but its short service life has become a big problem in these industries. This article dissected a sterilizer that had cracking leakage after three years operation, where typical stress corrosion crack was found, instead of fatigue fracture crack. This paper also analyzed the causes of stress corrosion, and provided the reference for the related people in the industry.
