日粮钙水平对产蛋高峰期临武鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在通过研究日粮钙水平对临武鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响,以确定产蛋高峰期(30~38周龄)临武鸭钙的需要量。选用产蛋率和体重无显著差异,健康的29周龄临武鸭200只,随机分为5个处理,每处理5个重复,每个重复8只鸭,各组分别饲喂钙水平为2.00%、2.50%、3.00%、3.50%、4.00%的日粮,试验全期9周。结果表明:(1)除合格蛋率外,日粮中钙水平对临武鸭产蛋性能各指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。合格蛋率以3.50%钙水平组最高,与2.00%、2.50%和3.00%钙水平组相比分别显著提高了5.43%、6.30%和2.66%(P<0.05)。(2)与2.00%钙水平组相比,3.00%、3.50%和4.00%钙水平组的蛋壳厚度分别显著提高了9.84%、9.29%和9.56%(P<0.05),3.50%钙水平组的蛋壳强度最大,与其他四组相比分别提高了10.71%(P<0.05)、4.90%(P>0.05)、4.83%(P>0.05)和3.47%(P>0.05)。(3)日粮中钙水平对血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性、钙含量和磷含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合考虑各项指标,30~38周龄临武鸭适宜的钙添加水平为3.50%。This study was investigated the effects of dietary calcium levels on laying performance,egg qualityand serum biochemical indices of Linwu ducks aged from 30 to 38 weeks,and then to estimate the calcium requirement for diets of Linwu ducks.A total of 200 healthy Linwu ducks with nearly same body weight and laying rate were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 8 ducks in each replicate,and each group were fed basal diets supplemented with 2.00%,2.50%,3.00%,3.50%,4.00% calcium for 63 days,respectively.The results showed as follows：（1）Dietary calcium level had no significant effects on laying rate,average daily feed intake,average egg weight,daily egg yield and feed/egg（P〈0.05）.The qualified rate of egg in 3.50% group was highest and improved by 5.43%,6.30%,2.66%compared with2.00%,2.50%,3.00% group（P〈0.05）.（2）Compared with 2.00% group,the thickness of eggshell in3.00%,3.50%,4.00% group were increased by 9.84%,9.29% and 9.56%（P〈0.05）.The eggshell strength of 3.50% group was maximum and improved by 10.71%（P〈0.05）,4.90%,4.83% and 3.47%（P〈0.05）respectively compared with other groups.（3）Dietary calcium level had no significant effects on serum alkaline phosphatase activity,calcium and phosphorus content（P〈0.05）.In conclusion,the appropriate calcium level of the 30 to 38 weeks Linwu ducks was 3.5%.
