中西医综合治疗糖尿病足的临床体会

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中西医综合疗法对糖尿病足(DF)患者的临床治疗效果。[方法]2013年5月—2015年5月期间治疗的120例糖尿病足患者,均采用中医辨证施治、中医外治、西药口服或者静脉滴注、杂交手术等中西医相结合的综合性治疗。[结果]120例患者经系统治疗后,治愈率为87.50%,有效率为94.17%;缩短了患者下肢溃疡创面的愈合时间,降低了截肢率,明显提高了患者的生存质量。[结论]中西医相结合的综合性治疗方案对糖尿病足的临床治疗效果令人满意,安全可靠,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。[Objective] To study the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic foot（diabetic foot, DF） in patients with clinical therapeutic effect. [Methods] The 120 patients with diabetic foot of our department in May 2013 to May 2015 adopt traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treats, external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine oral or static drops, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine comprehensive treatment such as hybrid operation. [Results] The 120 cases of patients after treatment with system, the cure rate was 87.50%, effective rate was 94.17%. Shorten the patients with lower extremity ulcer wound healing time, reduce the amputation rate, improve the survival quality of patients. [Conclusion] The integrated of Chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment the clinical therapeutic effect of diabetic foot is satisfactory, safe and reliable, and is worth to be widely applied in clinic.
