摘　　要：小柴胡汤乃《伤寒论》少阳证之代表方,刘完素崇尚张仲景之说,临证变守经方之法,据证遣药,加减更选,获效良多。现对其运用小柴胡汤化裁之法治妇人产后诸证变方的配伍特点进行解析,以示名家运用经方权变之要妙,再现"方之精,变也"之精髓。Xiaochaihu decoction is a representative sample to treat Shaoyang syndrome from Treatise on Febrile. LIU Wan-su respected for ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s theory and effectively uses of classic so that received very good curative effects. This article analyzed compatibility characteristics from modified Xiaochaihu decoction which could reflect the essence of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor, to understand the important meanings of decoction modified.
