摘　　要：警察的人文素养的提高是国家治理能力现代化的体现,是时代发展和深化改革的需要。警察人文素养必须是以社会主义核心价值观为灵魂,以人文知识、人文精神为基础;必须是以具有人文情怀的公正执法、柔性执法的文化警察为外显与符合现代法制社会要求的法制理念的统一。Improving police humanities accomplishment is the embodiment of the governance abili-ty modernization, and is the need of times development and deepening reform. Police humanistic quali-ty must take the socialist core values as the soul, and be based on humanistic knowledge and humanis-tic spirit. Besides, it should reach the unity of humanistic justice, flexible law enforcement and modernlegal social requirements.
