摘 要:供给侧结构性改革唤起房地产企业转型升级意识,房地产业迎来以创新为驱动力、以整合为手段的新成长周期。从房地产企业的盈利模式入手,阐述房企投资回报下降的现状,分析房价高涨与房企盈利的关联关系,提出在供给侧结构性改革背景下房地产企业的战略转型对策,旨在推动房地产行业供给侧结构性改革。Supply-side structural reform has waken up the awareness of transformation and up-grading of real estate enterprises, and the real estate industry has ushered in a new growth cy-cle with innovation as a driving force, and integration as a means. This paper started from the profit mode of real estate enterprises, expatiated the present condition of the investment return decline of real estate enterprises, analyzed the relationship between house price soaring and real estate enterprises profit, and put forward the strategic transformation countermeasures for real estate enterprises, aimed at promoting the supply-side structural reform of the real estate in-dustry.
