摘　　要：随着产业化、城市化、社会化的不断推进,我国开始在农村推行"三权分置"的土地制度。立足"三权分置"背景,分析土地经营权流转过程中的障碍,探索农村土地经营权有序流转的科学路径,为推进土地经营权合理高效利用提供借鉴。With the continuous progress of industrialization, urbanization and socialization, Chi-na has begun to implement the land policy of Three Power Division in rural areas. Based on the background of Three Power Division, this article analyzed the obstacles in the process of land management circulation, explored the scientific path to orderly transfer the management rights of rural land, and provided reference for promoting the rational and efficient use of land man-agement rights.
