摘 要:深水浅层钻井液安全密度窗口窄,给深水浅层钻井设计和工程安全带来极大挑战。根据深水浅层地层特征,运用四参数流变模型进行了波动压力计算,在此基础上考虑深水浅层隔水管安全余量和浅层地质灾害安全余量建立了深水浅层钻井液安全密度窗口确定方法。以我国南海莺琼盆地YC1井为例,计算分析了深水浅层钻井液安全密度窗口变化规律,结果表明隔水管安全余量、浅层安全余量对深水浅层钻井液安全密度窗口影响较大。根据上述结果,提出了利用双梯度钻井技术(DGD)解决钻井液安全密度窗口窄的方法,可为深水钻井设计提供参考。The narrow safety window of drilling fluid density brings great challenges to the drilling design and project safety for drilling in shallow formations in deep water fields. Based on the characteristics of the formations, a four-parameter rheological model was applied to compute the surge pressure. With the consideration of the safety margins of both the riser and geological hazards of shallow formations, a method for determining the safety window of drilling fluid density were proposed. Taking Well YC1 in Yingqiong basin in South China Sea as an example, the safety window in this scenario was computed, and the variation pattern thereof was analyzed. The results indicated that safety margins of both the riser and shallow formations have a greater influence on the safety window. On the basis of the findings above, a method which uses DGD to solve the problem:the narrow window of drilling fluid density was proposed, which would give reference for deep water drilling design.
