摘　　要：介绍了新农药研发的进展及趋势;尽管全球农药市场销售额持续增长,但由于对化合物的活性、选择性和环境安全性指标要求的提高而使得新品种研发的难度逐渐增加;随着医药、农药研发方法的融合以及合成技术、生测手段的进步,合理药物设计,如基于结构和基于配体的药物设计方法的应用,将会进一步增强.This article describes the progress and trends of R&D of new pesticides;The global pesticide market continues to grow however it is getting difficult to develop new chemical entity because of tougher requirements of higher activity,better selectivity and stricter environmental safety requirements;With the integration of pharmaceutical's and pesticide's R&D methods,together with the advances in synthetic technology and bioassay methods,the rational drug design applications such as structure-based and ligandbased drug design will further increase.
