摘 要:采用高效毛细管电泳法测定阿齐沙坦的含量.在背景电解质为10 mmol/L磷酸氢二钾-10 mmol/L四硼酸钠(pH=6.5)、分离电压为28 kV的条件下,阿齐沙坦分析时间小于4 min.阿齐沙坦质量浓度在2~100 mg/L内线性关系良好;方法的检测限和定量限分别为0.6 mg/L和2.0mg/L;加标回收率为100.0%~101.5%,相对标准偏差为0.25%~0.75%.该方法简便快捷,为阿齐沙坦的定量分析提供了可靠方法.A high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) method has been estabUshed for the analysis of azilsartan.The analysis was completed in less than 4 min in 10 mmol/L sodium tetraborate and10 mmol/L dipotassium hydrogen phosphate buffer(pH 6.5) at 28 kV of separation voltage.A good linearity was obtained for azilsartan in the range from 2 to 100 mg/L.The limits of detection(LOD) and quantification(LOQ) were 0.6 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L,respectively.The average recoveries were in the range of 100.0%~ 101.5%,and relative standard deviations(RSD) were between 0.25%and0.75%.The method is rapid,simple and accurate which provides new and reliable means for the analysis of azilsartan.
